Eliana Before and After
Eliana, Age 32: “I found myself buying very expensive topical creams, and I wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. I wanted my crow’s feet and my frown lines to be less noticeable. It’s been 30 days since my treatment and I’m very happy with my results. I can’t stop looking in the mirror. I’m so glad I did it. It was important to me that I could still make expressions and I can still frown and look surprised. Yes, I’d get treated again!”View More Testimonials Results
Clint Before and After
Clint, Age 54: “My crow’s feet were really starting to bother me. They weren’t fine lines anymore, they were deepening. My wife has been treated with Botox and she mentions seeing a lot more men in the waiting room at her doctor’s office. So I made my appointment to learn about my treatment options. I wish I hadn’t waited so long, because I’m happy with my results. And I like visible smoothing of my lines. The results are subtle, and I still have some character lines.”View More Testimonials Results
BOTOX® Cosmetic Frequently Asked Questions
As your muscles contract and relax to form facial expressions, creases and folds appear on certain parts of your face. Squinting, laughing, smiling, and frowning will all create lines of varying sizes. These dynamic wrinkles become more prominent especially as the skin loses its elasticity, but will appear even on a younger person’s face.
The most common dynamic wrinkles are between the eyebrows, across the forehead, at the corners of the eyes, and at the base of the nose.
BOTOX® Cosmetic targets the underlying causes of lines and wrinkles created by repeated muscle contractions over the years, like the creases from frequent frowning or squinting. When injected into the facial muscles, the botulinum toxin type A in BOTOX® Cosmetic blocks the signals that cause the muscles to contract. As the muscles loosen up, the wrinkles relax and soften. Even the most prominent lines, like the crow’s feet lines around the eyes and the frown lines on your forehead between your brows, will be noticeably smoother shortly after your first treatment.
Your physician does not have to treat each and every wrinkle, only the underlying muscles that cause wrinkles must be treated. After your BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment, the muscles that cause the wrinkles and lines to appear will no longer be as active for a several months.
Contrary to common belief, BOTOX® Cosmetic injections do not cause a loss of sensitivity. BOTOX® only works on muscle nerves, not sensory nerves, so you will not experience a loss of feeling in the treated area.
For moderate to severe lines, you may begin to notice results within 1-2 days, and the results will last up to 4 months.
The pain is minimal, just the initial pinch is reported. Unless you are pain sensitive, anesthesia is not required. In some cases, depending on the patient and the area being treated, cold packs or numbing creams can be used to minimize any discomfort. The procedure is generally well-tolerated with only minimal discomfort reported by patients.
Our BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment is performed in a doctor’s office and usually takes around one hour from start to finish. Although the times can vary based on your needs, the typical injection process takes only 10 minutes. Due to its quick and easy application, BOTOX® treatment has gained a reputation as a “lunchtime” procedure. After your treatment, you can resume your daily activities immediately with minimal downtime
Dear Freshtetic and Vena Health Medical Spa
I just wanted to let you know how much my experience at your beautiful facility has changed my life! I came to see Dr. Collier because I have very bad varicose veins and my daughter begged me to give him a try. I will not wear shorts or dresses because of this. My legs constantly ache and I have swelling in both legs all the time that prevents me from doing alot of things. I thought there was nothing that could be done until I met Dr. Collier! I'm so excited to have this procedure done and have my legs and my life back! Dr Collier, because of you I finally have hope! Thank You! This was a 5 star experience!!G.J
Great Experience with Vena Health
I recently had a great experience with Vena Health. I had a laser procedure done on my veins by Dr. Fazi and his staff. I found them to be friendly helpful and informative. They explained the procedure throughly and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.C.L
I had a great experience with Vena Health and Wellness! The entire team is extremely professional and very thorough. I developed some small spider veins on my lower legs over the last few years and was worried that they could be a symptom of a more serious vein issue. I was scheduled quickly and had a venous ultrasound done during my appointment. Dr. Fazi was very helpful and gave me immediate feedback about my concerns. I ended up being perfectly healthy and the spider veins turned out to be only a cosmetic concern. I was not even pressured to have these spider veins taken care of! Overall, I was highly impressed with the treatment I was given and would absolutely return in the future if I needed additional care.C
